1. How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by Yuntu, 4PX, Shunfeng and DHL ecom depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

2. How long and how much does the shipping take?

    • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/ orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
    • Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
    • Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
    • International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

    • 3. What about custom?

    We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

    4. How to Check/Track order status?

    • 5. I never received my package, what should I do?

    Many times your package will be sitting at the local post oce due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

    For U.S. orders:

    • If a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 10 business days since the order was placed and tracking data isn't showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent.
    • If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

    For international orders:

    • If a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data isn't showing we will replace or refund these orders.
    • If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact us and we will do our best to help you!
    • 6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    7. Will my items be sent in one package?

      For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
