You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within 24 hours from the moment you place your order IF we haven’t made the product yet. This policy also applies with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc.

- ● We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, wrong items. Our product which has unbalanced issues is stated that it could happen. Those are not defective. So please be aware of that. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via: [email protected]
- You will be responsible for paying for your own costs if there is any unplanned cost.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an email at [email protected] for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item.
- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
- Wrong size as ordered: items that delivered with wrong size as ordered.
- Damage during shipment: items inside packages get damaged and cannot be used.
- Exceeded shipping time: Items that failed to deliver after:
- 50 business days for US (add more 5 to 7 days due to Holidays, weather condition and the last few weeks of the year)
- 60 business days for other countries. EU, UK, CA, AU, ... (add more 5 to 7 days due to Holidays, weather condition and the last few weeks of the year)
We will issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal. Customers will get the money back after 3-5 working days.
What should you do?
Contact us within 7 days since you get your items and provide us necessary information:
- Your order/ invoice ID
- In case you get wrong item/ damaged item, please provide us some pictures, including a package cover one (which includes the QR code), a whole product one, and detail error ones
However, we cannot accept refunds of:
- Non-defective products on the basis of our design.
- Breakdown package covers caused by third party/ carriers
- Refund request made from 7 days after receipt.
- Used items.
- Customers’ subjective issues (i.e. providing the wrong or insufficient shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
- Exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
Please note that there may be some controversial issues for which we will not support a refund:
- The variation in color of real products in comparison with the mockup: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we will not be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
- The size chart variation: Our size charts are relatively correct but please allow 3-5 cm differences due to manual measurement.
Received issues orders information
- We need 7-15 days to receive your problem of order, reconcile information and prove to the production department that the order is wrong, damaged and then will produce & return items.
- In case of issues listed above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment, refund or take credit.
- Please contact our Customer Support Teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence is verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged within 2 days.
- Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
